San Francisco, CALIFORNIA: the City has issued guidance regarding the use of San Francisco paid sick leave during the current local health emergency. San Diego, CALIFORNIA: the City published Earned Sick Leave COVID-19 Guidelines to remind employers that employees may be eligible for paid sick leave, if they need to take time off from work in situations such as a public health emergency.
